Just saw Terry McAuliffe on O'Reilly. He was saying that Kerry would win the war on terror. It went something like this:
TM: Kerry will win the war on terror.
BO: How long is it going to take him?
TM: Kerry will win the war on terror.
BO: How's he going to do it?
TM: Kerry will win the war on terror.
And so on. It's good to know the Democrats have this whole War On Terror thing all figured out.
